1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of KasaDefterim ("we", "us", "the App"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
KasaDefterim is a personal finance and cash book iOS application that provides tools for:
- Tracking income and expenses
- Managing multiple accounts and wallets
- Recording supplier debts and payments
- Following loans and installment plans
- Setting monthly budgets
- Automating recurring transactions
- Scanning receipts with OCR
- Generating detailed reports and analytics
- Exporting data as PDF or Excel
- Sharing financial books with family or partners
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use KasaDefterim. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KasaDefterim for personal or small business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the App
5. Premium Features & Subscriptions
KasaDefterim offers optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:
Subscription Terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- The renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Exact prices are displayed inside the App and may vary by region and currency.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings at any time.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
- A free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Free Features
Core features such as basic income and expense tracking, single-account management, and essential reports are available without payment. No built-in iOS capabilities are locked behind a paywall.
Restore Purchases
You can restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
6. User Content and Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into KasaDefterim, including transactions, accounts, notes, and receipt images. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you enter
- Backing up your data (via iCloud sync or manual export)
- Any decisions you make based on the data
7. iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. iCloud sync is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability caused by iCloud issues outside our control.
8. Shared Books
The Shared Books feature allows you to share financial data with family members or business partners. You are responsible for who you share with and for maintaining appropriate permissions. We are not liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, or disputes arising from shared data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
KasaDefterim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Errors in the App will be corrected
10. Not Financial Advice
KasaDefterim is a bookkeeping and tracking tool only. It does not provide accounting, tax, investment, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on data from the App are your own responsibility. For professional advice, consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Intellectual Property
KasaDefterim, including its design, logo, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-entered data), is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
15. Apple Terms
These Terms are in addition to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict, Apple's EULA applies to your use of the iOS app.

16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
